Zervos Risk Management’s focus is to provide risk management services through different insurance carriers.   Even though we cannot give legal advice, we lend our knowledge to review documents such as contracts and leases (eg. insurance requirements, hold harmless, indemnification clauses).  Taking service one step further, we have access (for a fee) to put you in personal contact with a full-time, dedicated insurance counselor.
